COALITION OF NEW BRUNSWICKERS
Who We Are
A citizens’ coalition of New Brunswickers who are opposed to the proposed sale of NB Power, our public utility, to Hydro Quebec. We are inclusive, community based, bilingual and non partisan.
What We Do
Coordinate – the opposition of the proposed sale by working together to avoid duplication, maximize resources while building the strength and capacity of New Brunswickers to stop the proposed sale.
Educate – ourselves, the general public and our elected officials of the flaws, risks and detrimental implications the proposed sale will have on New Brunswickers now and deep into the future.
Mobilize – the citizens of the province through a wide range of activities, not limited to: public education, public relations, political lobbying, rallies and demonstrations, etc.
This is the issue.
Now is the time.
